Ridge & Sinus Augmentation Implants require strong and adequate foundation in bone to withstand the forces applied to them during function. Most people who lose their teeth will eventually lose part of their jaw bone . In some cases loss of upper posterior teeth (molars) will result in a enlargement of sinus (pneumatization) which in trun leaves even less bone for implant placement. Ridge & Sinus Augmentation procedures are designed to revitalize the foundation for implant placement within the jaw bone and sinuses.
